Production: we commence production when we receive your PO along with your deposit.

Product listings, specifications, availability, and pricing are subject to change. Prices listed and charges discussed are in U.S. dollars. The Companys quoted prices are FOB Jebel Ali, Dubai. The price does not include insurance, freight, brokerage, duty or taxes

Each custom product is made specifically to your specifications and as a result your orders can not be modified or cancelled once we take up the production.

Standard terms for Customers who meet the Company;s credit criteria are 50% against purchase order and 50% against shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Company. We accept payment through International wire transfer.

For cost effectiveness, we recommend a minimum order quantity (MOQ) as a 20 feet container

Normal production time for a 20 feet container is 6 weeks and that for a 40 feet container is 8 weeks. However, this could vary based on material availability and orders complexity.

We use solid legal wood that gets kiln dried for longevity.

Delivery dates provided in advance are estimates only.

We make sure our products are packed and stuffed neatly. We are not responsible for any physical damages during shipment. The parties agree that without this limitation of liability the company would not have agreed to the price or terms and conditions of this agreement.

Disputes, if any, shall be finally settled by arbitration in DUBAI, UAE
